UPS Maintenance

Keeping your infrastructure healthy

Our routine maintenance consists of

Enclosure checks: This ensures the physical environment is still suitable for housing the UPS.
Log checks: We record and investigate all logged alerts since the previous service.
System checks: A visual inspection is done of all components, cables and connections for signs of problems.
System cleaning: The UPS is cleaned of dust and debris.
Metered checks: A close inspection of capacitors is done and meter testing conducted when deemed necessary.

All results are recorded and provided to the client in writing. Operational adjustments are made prior to putting the UPS back in service. Readings are taken again to confirm proper operation of the UPS.

All identified risks, such as over loading and load imbalances, are included in the written report.
